If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns if the following conditions are met: 

  • All items must be unworn with their original packaging and original sales receipt.
  • 14 days to exchange/return. 
  • No returns on accessories, handbags or shoe care products.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • International orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

PLEASE NOTE: items purchased from Clearance, Summer Deals and Winter Deals sections are non-refundable or exchangeable.


We offer the following convenient options to return your items:

Return the item(s) to the store of your preference (Store Locator) where our associates will be pleased to assist you.

You will be refunded online through the same payment method that was used to purchase the item(s)

*PLEASE NOTE:- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. - For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in store.


-Return your purchase by currier.

  1. Enter your receipt # on the Return Form along with the required information.
  2. You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received along with instructions to complete your return. 
  3. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the item(s) (excluding shipping and handling fee) purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 7 business days following this.
